my 2 cents..for one some of us cant afford a lawyer. we r struggling thru all this laws and jargon on our own. for 2..i dont know which CA ur cap one sold urs too..but mine wont take nothing i can afford. the interest alone is over 100$ a month.(on 3,000).and they have to this date not been cooperative at all. they just laff at me when i call and explain things. not meaning to be offensive..just how i see it in my own experience.
