We were going to refinance our house and a judgement showed up on my wifes credit report. Upon investigation it says that her husband was served (they used her maiden name for my last name) BUT she was never actually served. She was never notified of a court date amd lost by no show.... any suggestions on how to get this off her report so we can get a better interest rate on our home
