I wrote about Discover suing my husband. Now I am receiving threats from this Gerald Moore. I also have many credit card problems. I am on Social Security Disability. This particular lawyer is working for Capital One. Do I reply to the collection letter or just ignore the letter? Thank you so much. Rosie
