I got the same cards (Hallmark too) a few years back. Hand addressed and hand signed inside also. Couldn’t tell from the outside who it was from. (They must send them out to India for all that labor intensive longhand) Mine were from Discover. So quaint of them,, but it is a nice touch compared with most of the creditors. It would appear they have a formal policy in place for dealing with people who “tune them out.” They sold my account when I ignored their final offer of 35% settlement just prior to charge off.
