well let's see ... they waited 3 years to charge off ? ( normally it occurs after 180 days late).

if you DOLA was 7 years ago it shoudn't be on your CR and if a CA contacts you just let them know that they are passed SOL and that 7 years lapsed since DOLA

send them a Validation request and than dispute with CRA ( remember CRRR for the validation).
On the validation request there is a portion asking for the DOLA and that is where you win.

a CA can remove but mostly you are the one disputing and getting them to remove.
