I haven't heard of them but before you decide to call them, get your credit report to see if it is on there. Get your credit report from all three bureaus fax mail. Then when you look over your credit report making sure your addresses are all correct and that there are not any strange accounts (someone's file could have been merged with yours), and you still don't see anything, then you call them. If you decide to call, use a pay phone not your home phone and certainly not your cell phone number. I would go into a town a couple about a half hour away and then call from a payphone. Why go to all this trouble.

Because you don't want them harrassing you until you are in a position to defend yourself if you have to. You can also get your credit reports online if you have to. If there is something fishy about your credit reports, you can find it there.

Check credit report before doing anything.
