Honey, you are not studid. You have a health problem which is now controlled by medication. Your fear was very real to you. I don't know the answer to your IRS question. My suggestion would be to be honest with your attorney and possibly document with medical records. Trust your attorney, he is your on your side. Talk to your psychologist/psychiatrist or therapist about your fears and current worry about the bankrupcy. Let the attorney worry, that's his job. You just take care of yourself.
