that too is my understanding. all creditors having a claim r notified of the court date and thats when they must show and claim their property b4 the judge. once its done..they cant do anything. remember some will buy these notes and just holler to see if u jump. i think this is ok for all states cause BK is federal..correct me if im wrong someone.
