MBNA Duplicate Accounts

I had two MBNA acounts. One went to Collect America after charge off, this was unsecured 'Gold' loan. the other was a CC. I just looked to see if the CC got charged off on the MBNA web site and to my suprise Info is nolonger available on the two original accounts - that means charge off. However I'm seeing another Gold Option loan account (pending approval) and ANOTHER CC account with a 17K balance on it that I never ever had. Can MBNA move charges from one account to another or open an account for bogus fees? That CC accont that just appeared has more than the account that was charged off. What the hell is going on - FOUR MBNA accounts - no way - how do you just have another account appear with 17K? I'd call but previous experience tells me that's a waste!
