God only knows who they're screwing but I'd bet it's everyone they can. The loan account says on approval like it's ready and waiting for my request - yeah right!

As for the credit card, that just appeared in the last two or so weeks so I have no clue what it is or where it came from. It has the same platinum blah blah name as the acount just charged off. How in the hades can they charge off one, send it to collection and then move all the info to another number. I checked the website and it shows a payment on 4/2003 - that payment is correct but not for that account - I only have one credit card and the payment was for that one!

This just blows my mind....
