ok maybe you can answer this for me. I had gotten one of your recorded messages about a check that I had a problem with, I called the number and talked to someone, he told me that he couldn't help me by making some sort of payment arrangements to pay off what you were trying to collect. Why is that? wouldn't you want to work with people if they are trying to get things taken care of? He told me that I had to pay my balance in full or else you would see me in court. I found him very rude! I hope that your people would have a little understanding.
