As an authorized user, his skip will show on her creddit report. All authorized users of credit cards and lines will bear the credit good or bad of the applicants. If she cosigned for one of the loans, they will come after her because she is responsible for the loan. The creditor is under no obligation to remove a cosigners name once the contract signed. Chances are her name was not removed and she is still liable.

If he went abroad, the statute of limitations are tolled while he is out of the United States and they will start up again once he returns to the United States.
