What if debt is validated?

In November I submitted a request for validation to a CA. About three weeks later, a new notice comes from a new collection agency concerning the same debt. A couple of days ago, I receive a photocopy of the original signed agreement from the ORIGINAL creditor, and, later, copies of all over-the-limit account statements from the OC. Is this considered full validation, and, if so, am I fucked?
