PayPax does not own CAMCO paper. They were literally "assigned" the accounts to collect, and as far as they knew, they were legit. CAMCO, on the other hand, has no claim to ignorance.

Also, the "Pay" part of PayPax comes from one of Brian's relatives names. I won't say who. You were right about the "Pax" part.
