help-ca calling my neighbors

I have been getting calls from Central Credit Services Inc. about a almost 2 year pass due bill for a charge card, in NC. I sent them a validation letter last week. Today a "new" neighbor, one I have never met, came to my house to tell me Jeremy Rudin, from these same scum buckets have been calling his house, asking him to give me "emergency" messages. Now I am pissed. what can I do to stop this? Thanks
