I take it you got things straightened out and some sort of document stating that the tax lien was in error from all the legal hoopla that went on.

If that is the case, dispute with the CRA's as "tax lien was placed by IRS in error and is not mine, please remove".

Include any documents you have as proof of your stance.

Hopefully if it will be deleted.
