a said contract was signed with the OC, "NOT" the third party CA. what you're stating never happens. a CA offering the EXACT amount that was charged off...HAHAHAHA. yeah i bet your fellow CA lawyer guys from ohio, who are trying to get 3400 from me instead of the original 1800 would definitely disown you as a fellow collector. re-sell the balance, don't fix TL as negotiated, etc,etc. we all know very well that a CA negotiating for the 'originally charged off amount' is about as likely as hell freezing over. i've received great advice from this forum, i'm sticking to my instincts and their expertise. good night.
