If you all cleared up with the IRS, I would go down to their local office, ask to speak with someone in Collections, they will do a search and find out what happened. They should have issued an official Release of Lein (there is a specific form number for that) You should have received a copy, if not, ask them to give you one. Contact the CRA and fax a copy to them.
If you are OK with the IRS they will be very helpfull, and should take care of it on the spot.
