Like I have stated. I work for the OC we take PIFs or SIFs for them. Give up the excuses and pay your bills already. Stop trying to place all collection agencies in the same group of what ever you have convinced yourself to be true.
You owe the money for the purchases you signed for and you know it. My question, did you sign your name when you so anxiously wanted the credit card? Did you not sign for the purchases?
Are you illiterate that you didn't read the part on the contract that clearly stated the OC had the right to raise interest and over the limit, late etc... Pay your debts period. Ask for a settlement, quit trying to hide behind this board of others that justify not paying for their purchases. Sunkissedbeach a debt collector that will make you pay what you charged and signed your name to. For the rest, nothing and I mean nothing you say will change this fact.
