I live in south carolina. My wife had a judgement against here from a ca that i am trying to get rid of. the court papers say that she was surved. actually it appears that i was served papers for her. the certificate of services says that her husband was served and they have my name listed as her maiden name not my name. I have tried to find informatio as to what constitues proper service and have been unable to do so.
