I believe that people should pay their current debts. My office doesn't work old SOL accounts.
The OC we collect for still owns the debts, the debts I collect on have just been recently charged off and have gone to collections.

I am able to go as low as 55% without the approval of our client and all low settlements (unless they are pre authorized deep sifs) in my office have to be approved by our client.
