NACC judgement

Upon further investigation I have found that NACC is listed as INACTIVE according to the NYS department of state division of corporations. My question is this... Since my wife has a judgement against her by a corporation that is now inactive she has no means to cure such judgement and there for she should be able to somehow have the court remove it......
