Ohmy! You need some help. These judgment will be hanging there for a long time, earning interest. When you go to sell your house, or refinance, these guys will get their money. It's a little late to be telling you what to do about tomorrow, but what other debts do you have that you might get sued for? We can help with those, and perhaps help you deal with the judgments you have against you now.

If I were you, I would go to court, and ask for proof that the debt is yours. Chances are, the lawyer won't have anything there to prove it, because they expect people to do exactly what you're doing. You can take him by surprise!

Obviously, you're scared and feel defeated. You don't have to be. There are laws that protect you, ways to get another chance, and start over, no matter what happened.

Stick around, come back, there are plenty of people here to help you.

Linda
