agreeing with linda...i have been told why do u know ur rights? u dont need to know ur rights! its all verbal abuse..illegal tactics..and not one whit of caring or helping. not one has been decent..helpful..or cares. only mean. i am a granma..i am not a deadbeat..i have lived in the same house for 25 years..my hb has has the same job for 33 years..never been in jail...no dui's..except for a few small details. called medical probs and 9/11. the last 5 years have been hell. just my 2 cents! i have no use for CAs. nor credit card co any longer. i will say ford motor credit has gone above and beyond to help us..and we r now current..keeping our truck and paying them fine. wouldnt have happened had they not cared. they were wonderful to us. patient,,and caring. what a nice thing.
