Why Chat, what happens to your fico score and credit rating if you owe cc debt and get a lump sum of money that can't pay off all the debt? If you negotiate a lower settlement with the cc companies, does it affect you in a bad way? What is best way to approach this, especially since they won't lower my interest rates.
