Some of you have stated that they will only "pay" the OC, yet when you still have that chance you don't because you say you can't.
Then you turn around and complain and say "I am not going to pay the CA I will only pay the OC."

But now it is to late and the OC doesn't want any part of you.

So who do you pay? No one.

My husband was in a situation where he couldn't pay his debts FOR YEARS. Seven years later his situation changed and he had the money to pay. The debts were past the SOL but guess what he paid.
None of you have read my posts correctly.
