1. Put your 3 year old on the phone to practice talking. 2. say "oops, UPS is at the door, hold on." lay the phone down and don't pick it back up for a while (after they've disconnected). 3. Gently put the phone down next to the radio or tV so the CA has something good to listen to. 4. Open with "I'm sure you won't mind if I record this conversation..." and proceed to do just that (don't worry, they'll hang up). 5. Start screaming "honey, we won, we won!!! it's the sweepstakes, and we won!!" Keep screaming hysterically, make it up as you go along... 6. Start yelling at them in German (or Spanish or Italian, whatever you do well) - keep it up until they hange up. Every now and then ask if they speak english, LOL. 7. Make up you own..... see if you can top mine. :)))) Linda
