I am thinking about bankrupty. I have two judgements against me from credit cards. They haven't came after anything yet. I even wrote them and asked what information they needed to come up with a payment plan which they told me earlier that we could do. I never imagined that I could be in this situation. I don't know what to do about any of it. I am outragously in debt and no money to pay anything. Bill collectors call constantly. My ringer stays off on the phone. I feel so stressed that I want to cry all the time. I would love some advice.
