I suggest peple have a "script" ready, the CA will have their own.

If you are within SOL, speak very slowly, ask them to spell their name, and give you their address and phone number, tell them you have to write everything down for your lawyer,unless they give you permission to tape.

Whatever they say, ask them to repeat it so you can write it down, read it back to them and ask if that is correct.

If you are past SOL and have sent a cease and desist, follow the same procedure, except it is for turning over to the sheriffs dept. for fraudulent extortion and harrassment charges.
