yeah thats the word i couldnt think of! re affirm! apparently the judge didnt sign the papers when citi thought he should ...and wouldnt recify it even tho the house was never part of the BK..somehow.. its hard to splain..put us in ummm..like a rent thing..the min we missed one payment they could foreclose actually evict....hard to explain..and upped the interest to daily compounded..i hadnt ever heard of it and it took me 2 years to figure out what was goin on,. if i called they said oh the letter was in error..ur fine on ur payments. they would say u have to talk to our BK dept who would say they had no clue what anyone was talking about or no record of any letters. finally a nice person told me exactly what was goin on..and how it was figured. sorry i know its hard to explain..it is hard for me to understand. i didnt want another having this happen to them if they filed BK. it cost us lots in legal fees to citifinancial..and could have lost us our house.
