nope I am not at the point of being evicted, paid my rent every month on time BUT the landlord is upset because I told him that his mail needed to stop coming to my home.
went to public records and noticed that the mail matches with his mortgage lender and obviously the lender is after something or they wouldn't mail crrr's to my address.
verified with the USPS and indeed my landlords address is at my home.
