info if u refinance ur house in texas

something i didnt know till now. if ur house is refinanced in texas..the equity loans u know..if u default..they can not come after u for the diff. they only get the house. what it sells for is what they get. they can NOT sue u for the diff. had i known that one......that is in the contract u sign at closing.
