Nothing unless they get a judgment or have the goods to get a judgment. If they have the goods to get a judgment, they won't care to go to court. After all, it will skip a step in the process. If you go to arbitration you get the award and then you have to present it to the judge, right? Here they will have a chance to present their case to the judge right? You would think that they would be happy wouldn't you? I don't get them. :)
