Drew: Could you please provide the forum with a list of the states that forbid suits regarding accounts after SOL. Also, could you list the states that forbid simply collecting time-barred accounts? Thanks a lot!!
P.S. I'll assume the states not listed are the ones which allow creditors to collect and file suits on time-barred accounts!
