Now I'm confusing myself - what I am thinking is this: If we are sued on a joint account, the mentally disabled party is tolled and the other party has judgement placed against them if the cc wins in court. Can the cc place a lien on our home that is tentants by the entireties? I think they can. Am I wrong? Thanks!
