I have $200,000 of credit card debt. Has anyone ever heard of such a disaster???? My first husband ran up all the credit cards with cash advances. He died of suicide and I was struck with all the bills. I borrowed from one card to pay another and places kept giving me cards and I kept doing it until I got myself in a horrible mess. I know that I was very stupid. I was too embarassed to tell anyone and was desperate to pay the bills. Now I have lawsuits and bill collectors calling. My income went down and there is no way to pay any of them. What should I do? Please don't condemn me. I tried to pay my bills but went about it the wrong way.
