DO NOT PAY ANYTHING until you get something in writing from them saying they will accept the payment plan! NEVER give them a payment over the phone which will give them your banking account information! Be careful how you settle your account. I have been told this by more than 5 different attorneys! If you want to pay off the debt be sure to get it in WRITING before paying them a dime! ALSO, make sure they will report this payment plan to the credit bureau!
