I had a case where my attorney sent interogatories which they never answered. After 30 days he sent some sort of notice demanding they answer. They then called him and asked if I would settle, we told them no, the day before court hearing they folded and went away. I hope WA folds sounds like, they might. Maybe ask WhyChat what you are supposed to do when they do not answer your interorgatories What are you supposed to file so you cna show the judge you did your job and answered there??? but they never answered yours. Maybe you are supposed to file a motion for dismissal. No sure. Ask Why Chat.
