Last activity date on report is wrong

I requested copies of my reports from the big 3. On 2 of the 3 reports, one card shows the last activity date as 03/1998 which is correct. The 3rd report shows last activity date for the same card as 05/2001. My "X" included this card in his BK in 04/2000 and I'm just waiting for aging to catch up, but how or can I get the 3rd report to correct the last activity date? The last bill I ever saw from the credit card was 03/1997 when my "X" moved out, the bills went to him.
