To hell with W&A's 'feelings' .. they have none- except maybe anger at someone who's not rolling over, but fighting them. Keep fighting them, they do not deserve anything else. They expect people to crumble under their abusive attacks. You may want to consider a counter-suit for FDCPA violations and if they're reporting inaccuracies, FCRA violations as well. Its possible that you could file a Motion to Compel to make them answer your interrogatories, especially if your Motion to Dismiss is not granted.
