I hope you kept that FAX. They are absolutely in violation of the FDCPA sending any kind of FAX to you anywhere "without your permission." A FAX is "not" a private communication and could be read by anyone. They have committed 3rd party disclosure. Send them a SOL letter and C&D letter. Keep any future correspondence or contacts they make to you and file a complaint with the FTC and the AG.
