Believe me, the person passing himself off as a "P.I." is full of crap ! No PI would waste his time trying to collect debts, this is one of the more recent lies collectors are using. They obviously think it'll scare people.

The scavenger CA's can 'buy' your info because all 3 CRA's SELL IT !! They sell 'services' specifically meant to trace debtors and the scanvenger CA's BUY these services. By opting out, it prevents the CRA's from SELLING your information to ANYONE - including the scum scavenger CA's.

Does that make more sense ??
