A GOOD judgment enforcement guy CAN get at ANY accounts with your name on them. However, the source of the funds is exempt and it should be fairly easy for you to prove its exempt IF it came down to that.

You would be better off changing the account to one with his name only and have a limited power of attorney for yourself on the account. This will most definitely protect your father's funds from all grubby collectors.
