I paid an accoutn prior to it now being reported as a charge off. I am having a terrible (i am being nice) time trying to get this off my credit reports. The big 3 continue to tell me it is verified, even after i have sent them documentation stating it has been paid.
What and how the heck do i get this removed? (the oc is household)
