You can request it but more than likely the credit cards won't do so unless you file a fraud report, turn her in. They might do it if she has a steady job and agrees and signs off on it, but somehow I suspect she doesn't work.

You really do need to see a JAG lawyer about this. The only other way out for you is to go bankrupt and that might hurt your security clearance.

YOu will have to make a decision soon though.
