Keep a copy of this FAX as further evidence. IT is FDCPA violation. Send a cease and desist letter informing them that they are not to fax you at work anymore and that they are not to contact you at work anymore since this is a violation of your bosse's policy.

Keep everything you get from them. Send the cease and desist letter certified mail, return receipt required. And as far as the work situation is concerned and your personal embarrasment, this law firm is counting on that because they probably don't have that strong of a case. I would bet that they are passed the SOL.
