I would file a complaint with the State Bar Association that this vulture attorney is violating the FDCPA with 3rd party disclosures at your work-place--by sending FAXES disclosing personal debt info "without your permission." And if this guy is local--I would file a lawsuit under FTC and state laws and get $1,000 for each privacy violation this fecal matter attempts.
