Received another happy gram from W&A. They objected to my motion to dismiss for their failure to answer interogatories. They stated they did not receive my interogatories until 12/30 when the motion to dismiss arrived. They even commented the CRRR receipts dated 12/8 for my interogatory request was not received by them until 12/30. How can they lie when the CRRR show the signed for and recieved the interogatories on 12/8? They stated they will answer my 15 interogatories. However, they need more time. Should I file another objection againt the request for more time. Should I mention the CRRR receipt proves they received them on 12/8? How do I request them to sign an affavadivit attesting to this statement?
