They're screwed. The court will most definitely recognize the CRRR as PROOF that they ary lying thru their teeth ! If the courts accept CRRR for proof of service, then they'll certainly accept this. Object to their motion for an extension of time, and base it on your CRRR proof - they're stalling !!!
