In most states, Interrogatories MUST be signed under oath (affadavit) by someone of the AGENCY or Person MAKING the complaint. The Lawyer cannot, at least in my state just answer the interrogatories himself. Check the court rules for your state. If this is the case, then you can ask for sanctions against the lawyer if he's the one who answers. If nothing else, let the judge call the idiot on the carpet and ream him out good. Judges don't like lawyers who can't follow the rules.
